Lawmakers trash IEBCs poll claims

TWO ODM MPs have trashed the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission’s claims that voter apathy cost the Cord coalition in the March 4 general elections last year. They also faulted the commissions claims that voter turnout was low during registration.
