KISUMU A boy has drowned at Delphus Academy’s borehole in Manyatta area, Kisumu Central constituency. Evans Ojwang’, three, drowned on Monday afternoon as he played with colleagues. Deputy police boss Joel Lekuta told the Star on the phone that the school’s director Jim Otieno reported the incident to police.
