ALL Kisii county assembly offices have remained closed for four weekdays after the Industrial Court issued an order to have the speaker investigated. Sitting in Nakuru, Justice Byram Ongaya last Friday ordered that speaker Kerosi Ondieki be investigated by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. Ondieki is accused of abuse of office and frustrating a junior officer. James Omariba sued Ondieki, the Kisii county assembly Public Service Board and Daniel Omwoyo as the first, second and third respondents.
