A report on the scrutiny and recount of the Bungoma senatorial race tabled before High Court judge yesterday revealed that at least 77 people who appeared twice in the final registers were allowed to vote contrary to the law. The report says at least 18 witnesses who appeared before the scrutiny team testified that they had registered twice and voted twice.
