KISUMU MCAs have received iPad 4 tablets worth Sh5 million. The gadgets are expected to reduce paper work at the assembly. Some MCAs have claimed due process was not followed in acquiring the tablets. Sources within the assembly said MCAs James Were (Nyalenda B) and Edwine Anayo (Market Milimani) supplied the machines. The two have denied the allegations yesterday. Assembly clerk Nelco Sagwe said all 49 elected and nominated MCAs have the tablets.
