A Luhya elder and some ODM MCAs in Vihiga county have censured former National Assembly Speaker Kenneth Marende. On Saturday, Marende asked the Luhya community to shun Raila in 2017 elections, while dismissing Cord’s call for national dialogue. He said Luhyas should have a Presidential candidate.
