The Kisii government has rubbished reports that the county failed to spend Sh925 million in this financial year. County assembly leader of majority Protus Moindi yesterday said the figures published in the local dailies regarding the county are erroneous. Moindi said the national Treasury has not released the county’s entitlement for the month of June amounting to Sh475 million. “The county applied for the finances but the Treasury is yet to release them.
