Busia county has formally launched the HIV beyond zero campaign. Governor Sospeter Ojaamong's wife Judy said the aim of the programme is to fight the killer disease by increasing awareness at local and national levels. “Busia county has been ranked top 10 in HIV prevalence of 6.8 per cent of which women and children are the most affected,” she said.
