CIVIL society groups in Bungoma have called on the Ethics and Anti-Corruption officers to investigate how Sh45 million was used by the county Health department to buy brooms and brushes for the Bungoma County Referral Hospita. They said the purchase did not follow the right procurrement procedures. Bungoma County Civil Societies chairman Martin Wanyonyi said some cartels purchased non-medical equipments to benefit from the tender.
