KISUMU county government will ferry 60 boda boda operators to Rwanda for training. Governor Jack Ranguma said the operators will be taken to Rwanda to acquire basic skills to improve the industry. “We chose Rwanda because it is one of the countries that enjoy order in the boda boda industry,” said Ranguma. Speaking at a Kisumu hotel yesterday, Ranguma said the team will include motorcycle, bicycle and Tuk tuk operators.
