Parents' association welcomes lower fees proposed for secondary schools

EDUCATION stakeholders in Nyanza region have hailed the proposed new secondary school fee structure by Kilemi Mwiria-led task force. Nyanza Parents Association chairman Jackson Ogweno said the move will boost student’s admission. Ogweno said the new fee structure is a reprieve to parents, adding that the initial school fees was beyond reach to many parents.
