Karachuonyo MP James Rege welcomed President Uhuru Kenyatta’s expected visit to Nyanza. Rege said the visit from Thursday next week is a sign of commitment by the Jubilee government to initiate development projects in all parts of the country. He urged leaders not to politicise the visit as it aims at making a difference for the region’s development. “It is high time we learnt to differentiate between politics and development. We cannot talk politics all the time,” Rege said in Kendu Bay yesterday. The visit was to start yesterday, but was postponed.
