GOVERNORS who abuse their offices will be jailed at the end of their term, Bungoma Senator Moses Wetang’ula has said. He said the law will not spare county chiefs who misappropriate public funds. “In Nigeria, half of the governors went to jail after the first five years of introduction of devolution,” Wetang’ula said. He said governors have to utilise the funds at their disposal to the benefit of Kenyans.
