MIGORI county ODM branch has said party leader Raila Odinga should not be forced to apologise over chaos that marred President Uhuru Kenyatta's visit last Monday. In a press conference in Migori town yesterday, branch secretary general Joseph Olala said the chaos gave Migori county a bad name globally and termed it as unfortunate and "caused by poor planning by Governor Okoth Obado who hosted the President”.
