KISUMU county assembly minority leader Edwin Anayo has been suspended from four consecutive plenary sessions. Anayo, of the People’s Democratic Party, was suspended last Thursday over gross misconduct, causing disturbance and incitement. This follows the approval of a motion to discuss the conduct of Anayo for allegedly inciting Oile market traders against MCAs.
