THE petition challenging Benjamin Andola’s election as Khwisero MP has been dismissed. Judge George Dulu ruled on Thursday that the petitioner,Benjamin Andama, could not prove his allegations which included bribery, violence and electoral irregularities during the March 4 general elections. Andama was a the Wiper candidate, was also ordered to pay Sh3 million in costs.Andola had demanded that the petitioner meet the costs of the counsels for the respondents.
