Migori County Parliamentary Group secretary John Kobado has replaced John Magaiwa as the county ODM chairman. Kobado was elected chairman by the party’s delegates on Friday at the Migori Stadium. Magaiwa has defected to Jubilee. “We want to strengthen the party at the grass root level,” Kobado said.
