NAVAKHOLO MP Emannuel Wangwe has asked Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya help establish a Masinde Muliro University campus in the constituency. He said Oparanya should push for the university to build a constituent college in his constituency instead of doing so in Mumias town. “Oparanya should use such opportunities to balance development in the county instead of focusing more on Mumias which is already developed,” Wangwe said.
