SIAYA county assembly has faulted Governor Cornel Rasanga for creating non existent post of acting county secretary to appease his protégé. The members of the county assembly took issue with Rasanga saying he has flouted the constitution by creating the position to accommodate Silas Odhiambo, the former Bondo town council clerk. The position was previously held by interim Transitional Authority secretary Caleb Ongoma, who this mid this year, was hounded out of office under unclear circumstances.
