Two candidates in the Nyaribari Chache by-election race have urged voters to elect a development conscious leader. Richard Tong’i of Ford People, Kennedy Omanga (Kanu) and Ben Mogaka of KSC accused the former leaders of doing little to improve infrastructure and agriculture in the constituency.
