THE burial of a prominent Malaba businessman was stopped on Thursday following inheritance disputes. Amoni chief Musa Oling’a got permission from Malaba police boss Hassan Ahmed to have the body of Francis Kitubia returned to Frapa Funeral Home in Kocholia. Kitubia, who operated a shop at Malaba in Uganda, died on December 23 at Bungoma District Hospital after a short illness. Oling’a said Kitubia’s wife picked the body up from the hospital’s mortuary on Thursday for burial on a piece of land in Roiko area of Malaba.
