Two siblings who attended a remote public school in Teso North have topped in KCPE. Humphrey Omukaga, 14, and his 12- year-old sister Winnie Isilo have raised the profile of Kamolo Primary School by emerging best candidates with 420 and 400 marks respectively. Omukaga’s performance saw him ranked third overall in Busia county of the 15,081 candidates who sat the exam last year. He was behind Masaka Tom Elvis, who scored 424 marks, and Francisca Ouma from Nangina Girls Boarding School who led with 432.
