Circuit Court of Appeal to benefit Kisii residents

A court of Appeal Judge has assured residents of Kisii and Nyamira counties that their appeals will be heard and determined within the shortest time possible. Judge Justice Otieno said the backlog of cases has denied many people justice thus the need for expeditious hearing of the same.
