Knut official opposes mother tongue in schools

An education stakeholder has criticised the proposal to introduce mother tongue in primary schools. Speaking in Matungu on Wednesday, the Kenya National Union of Teachers Kakamega branch secretary general John Wesonga said the government is confusing Kenyans with “a lot of poorly planned programmes”.
