AVAKHOLO MP Emannuel Wangwe has said he is preparing a bill to scrap examination fees in primary and secondary schools. The bill seeks to amend the present Kenya National Examinations Council Act 2012, which requires students to pay for examinations before sitting the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examinations.
