Speaker snubs assembly’s two committees’ summons

KISUMU county speaker Anne Adul has ignored summonses from two assembly committees. Adul was expected to appear before the Public Investments and Accounts Committee to testify on certain Assembly Service Board’s decisions. She is the chairperson of the board.
