Sh24 billion housing project set for Kisumu

PRESIDENT Uhuru Kenyatta will commission a US$ 300 million (Sh24 billion) Lake Basin Development Authority housing project in Kisumu county next month. Director of Political Affairs at the Office of the President Joshua Kuttuny said the President will visit Nyanza region to launch several project . “This is part of the Jubilee Government’s commitment to address its pledge under Vision 2030 of providing 200,000 housing units per year,” he said.
