Some Kisumu MCAs have accused their counterparts and a section of area MPs of overstepping their mandate over a solid waste management project. Speaking in the assembly during the deliberation on governor's speech, Railway ward MCA Isaiah Onyango said those who do not support the project should not be condemned.
