SIAYA The St Francis Rang’ala Girls’ High School in Ugunja constituency emerged the best in chemistry countrywide in the KCSE results. The more than 200 students yesterday marched on the Busia- Kisumu highway celebrating their exemplary results. The principal Susan Owino said they were victimised by Kenya National Examination Council in 2011 where the results were cancelled due to alleged irregularities.
