Ranguma's wife calls on locals to support mothers

Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma’s wife Olivia has called upon locals to support various initiatives for the welfare of mothers and children. Olivia said in order to attain the Millennium Development Goal on reducing child mortality, intensive support is needed. “It’s not always the role of an individual to make sure that the life of both the mother and child is well taken care of during pregnancy and afterbirth”, she said.
