THE High Court sitting in Bungoma has suspended an initial Collective Bargain Agreement between the Bungoma government and the former local government workers. A resident, Benrad Wakamala had gone to court seeking to nullify the agreement. He has also criticised Governor Kenneth Lusaka's decision to increase their salaries and allowances as contained in the agreement. In the agreement the former local government workers were to be absorbed in the new county government with their previous salaries.
